Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will drive new client acquisition across our combined 8px Studio and CREA portfolio, from web, app, and AI/ERP solutions to branding and creative production. This role suits someone who wants ownership over how they grow accounts and pitch a full-spectrum solution, not just close one-off deals.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify new business leads across all service lines (web, app, branding, marketing, AI, ERP, and creative production via CREA)
Develop tailored pitches and proposals in coordination with design/dev teams
Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing
Represent 8px Studio and CREA at meetings, networking events, and client presentations
Maintain CRM records and provide regular pipeline updates
Requirements
Minimum 1 year in sales, business development, or related roles (agency experience preferred)
Fluent in English and Hindi; additional languages are an advantage
Working knowledge of web/app development, design principles, and digital marketing
Bachelor’s degree (any relevant field)
Valid driving license preferred
UAE resident visa or independent visa preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, extroverted personality
